Global uses 409 Stainless Steel in the manufacturing process for all pipes, tubular connectors and converters.
All welding is done using stainless steel welding wire during the manufacturing process to ensure a high-quality product.
Applying Lean and 5S principles in production ensures that we can run batch sizes as small as 2 parts up to as many as is required.
All equipment used in our production facility is top of the range, with full network capability to communicate with the measuring equipment to ensure parts are being produced accurately.
Global can produce, Compression bend tubes with or without wrinkles. Mandrel-bent tubes can be offered when the volumes justifies the requirement.
During the manufacturing process, all parts are fitted to the production jig for bending and welding to ensure that the part always fit.
Design
Global prefers the use of an original OEM replacement part supplied by an approved dealer to start the design process.
All parts are measured with high quality measuring equipment prior to the start of the reverse engineering process.
This same data is also used to check and measure the first off part produced in production, this ensures fit and function to the standard of the original master sample part.
All components are separately drafted using Autodesk Inventor suite.
From measuring to drafting to a Fully functional production jig per part, all made inhouse by our product development department.
Any part where all components are available can be in stock within 3 days from start of design up to completion of finished good. This includes the production fixtures for all future production.
